1. AIM EXPLORE invites orignal research papers, case studies and thought provoking articles that address one or other aspects of discipline of
management.
2. Authors should submit two hard copies of manuscript clearly typed with double - spaced with at lest 1" margin on all sides on a A4 size paper.
3. Authors are also required to submit an elecctronic copy (soft copy) of the paper in MS-Word 2003 format in CD.
4. The manuscript should include an abstract of 100-150 words.
5. A declaration is to be made by the author that the paper is orignal and has not been published/submitted for publication elsewhere.
6. The first page of the manuscript should contain only
A: Title of the Article/Note/Comment
B: Name of the Author - A note about the author in a seperate page (Name, Designation and affilition/s ,e-mail and Postal Address)is to be sent along with.
7. Contributions should be of about 4000 words.
8. In the text, reference should appear as :
A: Mishra (1980) has proved .. Empirical evidence (Bhardwaj, 1980; Ghosh, 1991; Saha 2003)
B: Reference should be given on a seperate page doubled spaced at the end of the paper. They should carry the surname of the author ,followed by the other names,year of publications, title of the paper/book in quotes , name of the journal, place of publications and publisher's name (in case of book).
Example : Book Reference should be Sen, A.K. (1991). Contemporary Issues in HRD, New Delhi, Sage Publication.
For Journal : Ghosh, P. K.& Walter, T.P. (2003). Work Environment in the Banking Organization, Journal of Applied Psychology, 5 , 123-124
9. Tables, graphs, Charts etc. should be typed on seprate pages and should be serially numbered in arabic numerals.
10. All the manuscripts received for publication will be reviewed by the review committee of the journal . The manuscript will be published only after the approval of the review committee. However, exceptions are available to those manuscripts which are specially invited some special theme.
11. Book review will also be published in the journal. The text of the book review should be typed neatly in double space on the one side of A4 size paper. The book review must contain author(s) name, title of the book reviewed, ISBN, Publisher , year of publication, number of pages and price. The reviewer should submit his/her name, designation, effiliation, email, phone, fax, with STD code and the postal address on a seprate sheet.
12. AIM EXPLORE reserves the right to publish or not to publish any contribution submitted for the publication without assigning any reason.
13. Any change of the address should be intimated to the editor six week in advance.
14. The author(s) will get comlementry copy of the relevent issue of AIM EXPLORE.
