Duration: 2 Years (Full time)
Objective: The Master of Business Administration at AIM’s attempts to prepare global leaders who create, manage and lead effective changes across diverse organizations.
Pedagogy: Teaching method at 'AIM' include lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, business games, role play, structured and unstructured group work and field visits. Consistent with advancement in teaching technologies, the program integrates the use of computers in learning of the basic principles of different functional areas of management. Students also undertake several field-based projects so that they have better insights into the business realities of the workplace.
Program Structure: The curriculum is spread over four terms of about six months each. The core syllabus enhances the ability to communicate, analyze situations and take decisions using quantitative and qualitative factors.
Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks.
Admission Procedure: Admission to MBA program will be made as per rules prescribed by the Academic Council of the U.P. Technical University, Lucknow.
